Provence Privée acts exclusively on behalf of buyers, within the framework of an exclusive search mandate. We do not receive any remuneration from sellers or agencies: our advice is fully independent and aligned with your interests.

Our mission is to represent you, protect you, and support you at every stage of your real estate project in Provence.

Success-based fees

Provence Privée’s fees are payable only in the event of a successful acquisition and are settled on the day the authentic deed is signed at the notary’s office.

They cover our full range of services:

• Precise definition of your project
• Market analysis and access to on-market and off-market properties
• Organisation and attendance of property viewings
• Communication with local professionals
• In-depth property analysis
• Negotiation support
• Securing the entire process through to key handover

Fee amount

Provence Privée’s fees amount to:

5% incl. VAT of the property purchase price.

This amount reflects:

• The time dedicated to each search
• The level of standards and confidentiality
• The deliberately limited number of projects handled simultaneously
